In the unit, you work transprofessionally and in close collaboration with your colleagues, a team consisting of company doctors, psychologists, occupational nurses, physiotherapists/ergonomists, and occupational safety engineers. As a Case Manager at Feelgood, you also work closely with the sales team, both regionally and nationally, and together we meet our clients, physically or digitally, to support them in their systematic occupational health work.
We are looking for someone who
is passionate about meeting people, is driven, creative, and attentive with a holistic view and the ability to see the connection between work and life situation. You have a genuine interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation, meeting the client and the client employee where they are, and presenting opportunities through a consultative approach.
You are used to taking responsibility and working independently, as well as possessing social competence and being a good team player. You work carefully and structured, are a good communicator, and fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English, and have good IT skills. As a person, you are goal-oriented and motivated by seeing concrete results and driving our business forward, which means that in addition to focusing on the individual, you can work systematically and purposefully to help the organization improve productivity and reduce costs.
We offer you:
- Collective agreement with occupational pension and good benefits including wellness allowance
- Some flexibility regarding schedule and remote work based on the needs of the business
- Internal and external professional development
- 6 weeks of vacation
- An exciting and developing job where you get to make a difference every day

The position may involve working at other units within Region Stockholm.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Selection and interviews are ongoing.
Experience and education
We prefer that you are a licensed nurse/occupational nurse. If not, you have other experience working with rehabilitation. Perhaps a background as a behavioral scientist or are familiar with insurance medicine. Maybe you work at the Social Insurance Agency with rehabilitation cases?

- Experience in sales or working with customer relations
- Interest/experience in working with risk behavior
- Interest/experience in working with issues related to NPF in the workplace
